About Me

Hi there! I’m a second year Linguistics PhD student at the University of Delaware. I received a BA in Linguistics from Penn State in May 2023, and an MA in Linguistics and Cognitive Science from the University of Delaware in December 2024.

My current research interests include information and argument structure, the pragmatics and morphosyntax of case, and the changes in language use brought about by the internet (particularly in speakers born after 1995).

Currently, I am working on my second PhD Qualifying Paper involving the distribution of definite and indefinite NPs in transitive and intransitive sentences, with a focus on information load and structure.
